This is primarily a party cruise, but light snacks will be available for purchase.
What is the minimum age required for entry into the event?
To gain entry onto the boat, you need to be 19 years old or above and carry a valid identification document.

How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as soon as possible! Especially in our peak season, our parties will fill up several days in advance. So don’t miss out and be sure to book early.

No, if you would like to get the party started, just grab a drink from the bar. No outside food or drinks allowed on board.

Liability Waiver
By purchasing this ticket, you agree to not hold Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and all parties associated herewith liable for any and all claims, loss or damage to any personal belongings or injuries. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of the Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
Fireworks
Fireworks display is solely at the discretion of the city and or the organizer and is not guaranteed. We do not have control or be responsible if it’s cancelled. In the event of a confirmed fireworks show, the captain will do their best to cruise through the route.
Purchase Policy
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Event date and time are subject to change without notice. An email notification will be sent if any changes are made to the event. Tickets may only be picked-up by the holder of the card used to purchase the tickets.
If the purchased event is canceled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Oceanic Entertainment has the sole and absolute right to: reschedule the event, or issue a partial/full refund, ornot issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
Indemnification
By purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Ticket purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge event Promoter and its entities owners, officers, employees, and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which ticket-holder has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against event Promoter.
Severability
If any clause, aspect, part, or provision of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy remains in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit the enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.

Photography
The pictures taken at the events may potentially be used for marketing purposes. If you do not want your picture taken please inform the photographer during the event.

I acknowledge that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease includes the risk that I will expose others that I later encounter, even if I am not experiencing or displaying any symptoms of illness myself. By participating in the above event, I agree to voluntarily assume any and all risks in any way related to exposure to COVID-19 and any other communicable or infectious disease, including illness, injury or death of myself or others. I acknowledge that my participation is entirely voluntary.
